We were in town visiting family and decided to stop here for dinner. Inside must have been 95 degrees inside. The man at the counter got mad that I took a paper copy of the menu outside to look it over and decide what I wanted. When I came back inside he mocked what I said and when I asked him if they accept credit cards he gave me an obnoxious answer. I walked out. Did not and will not do business there. Absolutely terrible customer service. As far as the food, I don't know how that is but I would trust these people to make me anything.
Pizza was a disappointment workers were a little rude. I called them to make a delivery and 2 workers there were rude. I asked very simple questions like if they delivered and how much it would be and they sighed like they didn't seem to care... for now on I'll stick to The House Of Pizza!
My family and I were traveling through Vermont today and decided to stop at Pam's Place to try the pizza. While my wife quickly stopped next door and my sister-in-law found her wallet (so we could pay for the pizza), the owner (?) screamed at us from inside the shop, then came out a few moments later to tell us to get out of the customer parking. We thought we could use their parking as we were about to be customers but I guess we took too long getting our money from the back of a heavily packed car. Suffice to say we did not go inside and instead found another pizza place nearby where the owner did not scream at us.
The pizza was fantastic. Very filling, Large portions, prepared fairly quickly. The only complaint I had was that it seemed a bit pricey for the area and the actual restaurant itself does not have a very nice dining area.
The staff was very nice, mozzarella sticks were tasty, but the pizza wasn't.
